The planning provides for the development of the approx. 5,504 sqm water property with a 5,319 sqm apartment building. Of this, there is approx. 3,166 sqm of living space and approx. 343 sqm of commercial space.
The construction project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022.
51 residential units with a living space of 3,166 sqm are planned. All apartments are accessed via two staircases and two lifts.
