A former printing house and car rental company are located on the 17,340 sqm development site. The property is to be cleared and rebuilt. A mixed-use development with serviced apartments, hotel, residential, office and commercial/gastronomy is planned. For this purpose, the building rights are created as part of a project-related development plan.

FACILITIES AND DETAILS

Two commercial units with approx. 75 sqm and 267 sqm are planned on the ground floor facing the street. 19 outdoor parking spaces and 39 underground parking spaces will be created. Building permission for the construction project is promised for the first quarter of 2021.

The project is divided into several construction phases. Currently, the approx. 4,020 sqm first construction phase has a total rental area of 17,710 sqm and a total gross floor area of 50,580 sqm.
